We offer nationwide shipping within Costa Rica for a flat rate of $6 USD.

International customers can enjoy our worldwide shipping option for a flat rate of $35 USD.


2. Shipping Schedule:

Shipping labels are created and products are dispatched every Thursday.


3. Delivery Timeframes:

National Deliveries (within Costa Rica): Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be delivered from the date of dispatch.

Worldwide Deliveries: International orders typically take 15 to 21 business days to be delivered from the date of dispatch.


4. Shipping Provider:

All packages are shipped using Correos de Costa Rica, a reliable shipping service.


5. Tracking:

All packages come with tracking enabled. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the provided tracking number on the Correos de Costa Rica website.


6. Customs and Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply to their order. PGT8 is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processes.


7. Shipping Address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. PIGMENTO is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

PIGMENTO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that the delivery address is secure.
